My Story
Billy McNeil, Musician... The first Album as the Cosmic Piper 15 Inventions for the Highland Bagpipes was mainly to record some bagpipes tunes that Billy had recorded over the years, but it was only since he started playing pipes himself over 8 years or so ago now, that he decided to take things further.

He also used to play with Inverkeithing Pipe band and the highlight of Billys music career so far was having Sol Cardendendo played on College of Piping radio!!

In the 1980's he recorded a flute and accordion CD "The Dour Lads",  with pianist and accordion player Rodger McAndrew. One of his tunes, " The Drunken Tattie Howker", was recorded by Sandy Brechin on the CD " Out of his Box in 1977.
